# Stellar Seal Return & Refund Policy

## 1. Return Policy
- **Return Window**: Returns must be initiated within **30 days** of the customer receiving the item.
- **Item Condition**: Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, free of scratches or stains, with original packaging and tags intact.
- **Non-Returnable Items**: Custom-made, engraved, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return. Items damaged due to customer misuse are also non-returnable.
- **How to Initiate a Return**: Customers may submit a return request through their account center, or contact us at `mandytan321@outlook.com` to start the process.

## 2. Refund Policy
- **Refund Method**: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within **3-10 business days** of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The exact time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
- **Refund Amount**: Refunds cover the cost of the item(s) only, and do not include original shipping or return shipping fees.
- **Restocking Fee**: A restocking fee of **15%** of the order value will apply to all returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part. This fee helps cover the costs of quality inspection, repackaging, and inventory management for our premium products.

## 3. Shipping
- **Return Shipping Costs**: For returns not due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to a product defect, Stellar Seal will cover the return shipping cost.

## 4. Additional Notes
- A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Packages without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Stellar Seal reserves the right to make the final determination on the condition of returned items. If an item does not meet our return criteria, it will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
